• Foundation Course (for students wishing to attend a British university)
• Business English for Professionals

Foundation Course in Business studies

This course is designed for those students who have

• completed their High School studies in their own country,
• have an IELTS score of at least 4.5 (or equivalent), and
• would like to enter a British University to take a degree in Business Studies or related areas.

The course comprises Business English, Study Skills, IELTS preparation, and Business Studies modules. Assessment is by coursework which is moderated by lecturers at Brookes University.

This course is taught by John Hudson, Principal of CIE.

Business Studies for Professionals

This course is taught on a one-to-one basis and is tailored to meet the needs of each applicant.

The tutor in charge of the course is David Davies, a graduate of University College, Oxford, who qualified as a barrister. His interests in business and law resulted in him representing various trade organisations and presenting seminars on legal issues for industry. His vast business and legal knowledge enable him to bring many interesting dimensions to his teaching.
